1. Create draft PRC document identifying barriers to research and ways to reduce them, funding and support resources, and research focus areas

2. Create draft recommendations for possible study models to determine the pros and cons of autopsies in selected types of contentious cases such as suicidal gunshot wounds of the head, motor vehicle fatalities, drug overdoses, etc
