SWGMDI Vulnerable Populations Committee

Vulnerable populations are people who cannot access resources due to a physical, mental, cultural or ethnic barrier. Identified populations include but are not limited to: infants, elderly, victims of domestic violence, physically handicapped, mentally handicapped and non-English speaking populations.
